These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of zipreel.video and the ZipReel AI video generation service. By using ZipReel, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Information you provide must be accurate.
2. The service
ZipReel lets users generate AI videos from text prompts and optional first-frame images. Generation availability, duration, resolution, models, processing time, and credit cost may change as the service evolves. AI output is probabilistic; we do not guarantee that any output will be unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
3. Subscriptions, credits, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance in U.S. dollars on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. Each successful renewal allocates the credits stated for the selected plan. Credit cost is shown before generation. Failed generations do not consume credits. You may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly. We may correct credit balances affected by technical errors, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or abuse.
4. Your content and generated output
You retain rights you hold in prompts and images you submit. You grant ZipReel and its processing providers a limited license to host, transmit, reproduce, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated output for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for determining whether your input and output infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users' requests.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use ZipReel to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, deceptive, exploitative, sexually abusive, hateful, harassing, privacy-invasive, or that infringes another person's rights. You must not impersonate others deceptively, bypass safeguards, reverse engineer the service, automate abusive traffic, resell unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
6. Third-party services
ZipReel relies on third-party services including Google, Supabase, Stripe, fal.ai, model providers, and Vercel. Their services may be unavailable or change independently. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks, fraud, legal requirements, non-payment, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using ZipReel at any time and may request account deletion.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZipReel is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZipReel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ZipReel during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes and contact
