This Privacy Policy explains how ZipReel (“ZipReel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use zipreel.video and its AI video generation services.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, and a provider account identifier.
Content and activity. We process prompts, uploaded first-frame images, generated videos, generation settings, credit activity, and related timestamps so we can provide the service and maintain your private generation history.
Billing information. Stripe processes payment card details. We do not store full card numbers. We receive identifiers and subscription information such as customer, invoice, plan, payment status, and renewal status.
Technical information. Our hosting and service providers may process IP address, browser and device information, cookies, request logs, and diagnostic data needed for security and reliable operation.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate users and maintain sessions.
- Generate videos, store results, and display account history.
- Process subscriptions, allocate credits, and prevent duplicate billing.
- Protect ZipReel from abuse, fraud, and security threats.
- Diagnose failures, provide support, and improve service reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Service providers
We share information only as needed with providers that help operate ZipReel, including Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments, fal.ai and model providers for AI video processing, and Vercel for hosting and delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
4. AI processing and international transfers
Your prompts and uploaded images are sent to our AI processing providers to create requested videos. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Do not upload confidential information or personal data you aren't authorized to use.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain account, generation, and billing records while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. You may request account or content deletion by contacting us. Some billing, security, and transaction records may be retained where required by law.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also revoke ZipReel's Google access from your Google Account and manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal.
7. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, signed webhooks, and restricted server credentials designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
ZipReel is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
